Any costs associated with starting your tenancy, such as credit checks or references, are paid for by the landlord.
For several years now, tenant fees for taking up a lease have been banned in Scotland. We respect this, so you won’t pay for any of our services.
To allow you to budget, it’s important to note that, in addition to monthly rent, you are responsible for a number of expenses during your lease such as council tax and utilities as well as any additional services you choose such as telephone, broadband and TV.
